Premium single-step lacquer developer for wipe-on negative platemaking

NovaFlash Developer is a premium single-step, coloured, lacquer-developer for wipe-on negative platemaking on fine grained and anodised aluminium plate.

• Ready-to-use developer.
• The coloured lacquer provides high visibility and a durable image.
• Suitable for manual processing.
• To be applied directly on the plate after exposure.

• Keep the plate firmly resting on a flat and clean surface.
• Shake the NovaFlash Developer container vigorously and pour sufficient quantity to cover the plate surface.
• Apply evenly over plate surface using a swab of wet-squeezed cotton.
• Work the developer over the entire plate surface with a circular motion of the hand.
• Continue application for approximately 2 minutes with light pressure. The fully developed plate will have excellent image contrast.
• Rinse the plate thoroughly under a jet of running water
• Examine the plate for underdeveloped images and repeat application before finishing, if necessary.

General purpose emulsion plate cleaner and conditioner for CtP & Analog plates

PlateCleaner GP is a premium, general-purpose, emulsion plate cleaner and conditioner suitable for CtP and analog plates.

• Rapidly removes scum / ink from the plates. Cleans both, image and non-image areas.
• Good ink solvency for fast ink removal and cleaning of even dried ink.
• Stable emulsion enables minimum wastage when used directly from a squeeze bottle.
• Sufficiently thick and viscous to be used on localised application without spreading or running down the plate cylinder.
• Does not attack image areas during the cleaning process when properly buffed down.
• Desensitises the cleaned non-image area and prevents further scum.
• Easily removed with water. 

• Shake the bottle well and apply to plate surface with a damp sponge.
• Wash off the residue with a damp sponge and continue printing.
• PlateCleaner GP can be used for washing away ink from the plates prior to storage procedure and during the routine plate cleaning operation.
• It is compatible for use with non-sensitised plates as well. Shake the bottle well before use, and then apply the solution with a sponge in the affected areas.
• For best results, use on damp plate.
